Each session begins with grounding and preparation, creating a safe space for your body’s healing journey. We may use a combination of Somatic Meditations, Pranayama (breathing exercises), Kundalini Activation, Yoga, and Gentle Massage, all tailored to your needs in the moment.

Through breath and bodywork, we invite you to reconnect with your full self, releasing tension, trauma, and emotional blockages. Alice will guide you in activating the body’s wisdom, returning to your inner sanctuary of safety and resource.
